Channel Head Kitchen Sweden Contribute to Electrolux Nordic cluster success by executing sales strategy within Kitchen channel in Sweden as well as our own retail chain Electrolux Home.
Responsible for the strategy development and implementation, leadership and management of all Kitchen commercial activities within Electrolux Sweden.
• Responsible for the management and delivery of the P&L Kitchen Channel
• Management of a functional team whilst working in partnership with other functions in a matrix organization
• Creating a sustainable environment to encourage talent development that delivers on the commercial strategy needs
• Execute all commercial strategies and activities within Electrolux Home channel (Franchise model, positioning, pricing, assortment, network strategies, store layouts, branding etc)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Setting objectives and priorities by key customer in Kitchen Channel
• Lead Kitchen meetings focused on plan to achieve sales objectives
• Secure that company guidelines are followed
• Field sales: staffing, training, motivation, follow-up in Kitchen Channel
• Allocate spending according the business priorities
• Plan and carry out direct marketing activities, in accordance with agreed sales and marketing business plans
• Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
• Identify and resolve customers and field force concerns/issues
• Conduct performance appraisal talks with direct reports timely
• Analyze business trends to develop local business growth strategy
• Work closely with other functions to improve overall customer satisfaction
• Attend planned key customer events (internal and external)
• Forecasting for KRT channel

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
• Minimum 7-10 years experience in Sales/ Key Account Management in Retail industry
• Excellent market and product/ service knowledge
• Strong influencing skills and negotiation skills
• Solid understanding of Finance basics
• Successful track record of Consultative problem solving and Customer relationship management
• Strong leadership skills
