Arbetsbeskrivning / Work Description
Right now, NetEnt is looking for a Communications specialist with passion for Employer Branding to their office in Stockholm.

You will contribute in building the NetEnt brand together with the Communications and HR team. As part of the team, you will play an integral role in developing and implementing our employer branding strategy and identifying new target groups. This includes creating presentations, writing and editing content for all types of communication materials. You will also manage and provide support for a variety of events and create compelling content for our different communications channels, both digital and physical.

Main Responsibilities

• Focus on the development and packaging of creative conceptual work (storytelling).
• Coordinate communication according to the strategy, design and content in order to strengthen the brand for new and existing employees.
• Implement the employer branding strategy in line with our business objectives.
• Produce content for social media and other relevant channels.
• Take part in, planning and executing fairs and events.

Din profil / Your profile
To manage the position as Communications Specialist we believe you have a degree in media and communications, with a few years of experience working within communication. Perhaps you have a role today at a communication department or communication consultancy with experience stemming from the digital or tech industry.

You also have knowledge of developing editorial materials and are familar with content marketing techniques to produce and publish content that a target audience finds rewarding and relevant. Experience undertaking film projects alongside external agencies is a benefit.

You have an interest for digital developments, and are well informed on trends within marketing and communication. You are responsible and structured with a keen eye for details.

You need to be fluent, both written and verbally, in English. Swedish is also required.
