Job description

We are a dynamic communications department based in Stockholm, consisting of four dedicated individuals working closely with other departments, especially Sales and Marketing. We are currently engaged in an exciting strategic project where we are reassessing and strengthening Nynas' brand and employer brand.

As a Communications Specialist, you will play a key role within the department and report directly to the Director of Communications. Your responsibility primarily includes external communication to the market, but also to support other internal and other external communication initiatives. The work is international, with a focus on enhancing the brand while supporting the company's goals and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and drive communication: You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication. This includes formulating messages and strategies to maximize the brand's visibility.

Strategy and execution: Take charge of creating and implementing communication strategies and plans. You will be a key player in translating strategic goals into practical and engaging communication efforts.

Enhance brand value: Through innovative and effective communication activities, contribute to strengthening the brand's value and position in the market.

Support Sales and Marketing: Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing departments to ensure that communication efforts support and reinforce the company's sales strategies and marketing initiatives.

You will work with various communication channels to reach our customers and stakeholders, with a focus on arranging fairs and other events, create content for the website, social channels and trade press.

Your profile

We are seeking an experienced and motivated communicator with 5-10 years of experience. You will have the opportunity to grow in the role and take on more responsibility. The following qualifications and characteristics are important:

In this role, digital competence is crucial, encompassing experience in digital communication and the adeptness to navigate various digital channels.

Your proficiency in project management and coordination is vital. You are accustomed to being the keystone, efficiently planning and leading projects.

Strategic thinking is another key requirement. You should bring experience in developing and implementing communication strategies.

A proactive approach defines you; you are an independent individual unafraid to propose and discuss different solutions.

International experience is highly valued. Previous work in an international context, fluency in English, and collaboration with diverse cultures are definite advantages.

While knowledge of Swedish is advantageous, it is not mandatory for this role.

This position is based in Stockholm, the office is close to Gullmarsplan in the newly built high-rise building STHLM 01.
