Content Coordinator till POC

Our Content Coordinator will be responsible for content distribution to internal and external customers. You are also expected to take ownership of POC´s digital asset management (DAM) platform to make sure we keep up to date on software updates, developments and contracts. This is also where you will upload, sort and tag all content.
The role also includes being assistant producer of our content productions, and to be responsible for booking models, hotels, studios and travel tickets. Planning and communication skills are a must to be able to successfully coordinate the productions.
You will work closely with the product development team so the brand & content team stays up to date on all product news and information, to be able to keep all content up to date.
The content coordinator will be the point of contact in the organization for all DAM-related questions and distribute relevant content based on brand and communication guidelines to stakeholders that ask for specific content to use. This requires you to stay up to date on the rights of use for our content, to make sure we do not break our agreements.
We are looking for you who have a great interest in snow or cycling sports. You do not need to practice yourself, but it is required that you learn and stay updated about our communities and what the different sports are all about.
You’re ideal for the role if you have:
Been working with communication, photography, content upload or marketing for at least 1 year
Worked as a content coordinator/producer at a content agency or similar
A great eye for photography to be able to select images that meet the needs of specific requests from internal and external clients.
Good Internet proficiency
Experience of working in different Content or Asset Management Systems
Experience in management and production of campaigns/content
Good English skills, both written and verbal
