In this position you will be the first point of contact towards costumers over telephone and e-mail while using SAP to process incoming orders, returns and claims. Your responsibilities will be:
• Monitor and place incoming orders from customers and sales team within set time schedules
• Handle claims and physical returns
• Monitor and analyse stock deviations from the warehouse
• Assist demand and supply planners in stock reconciliations
• Weekly updates to sales regarding availability of stock

• High school degree
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• 2-3 years of experience from customer service
• Knowledge in SAP
