Digital Media Specialist

As a Digital Media Specialist at Nordnet, you are the center of our online presence in all Nordic countries with focus on paid media. You will be a part of the Nordic marketing growth team and have great impact on our digital strategy and customer acquisition in the Nordic markets.

Work description:
Your mission is to increase the paid traffic to Nordnet’s websites in order to maximizing the customer intake.

You are going to work with media planning, and ensuring that we spend our budget in the most efficient way aligned between the different traffic channels and countries.

You will plan and execute paid traffic campaigns in relevant channels, such as Display/Programmatic, cooperate with our Social Media specialist and cooperate with our agency taking care of Google Adwords.

The work includes close collaboration with Web and Business Analyst to enable financial translation of traffic performance, CPA and ROI calculations. It also includes close collaboration with Marketing Design, Product Owners and marketing teams in the Nordic countries.

You will also support the Traffic acquisition lead in managing relationships, lead and coordinate the work of involved 3rd party suppliers.

You have a passion for digital marketing. You love getting into details in order to ensure we are spending our marketing budget in the most efficient way and you strive to always improve your performance.

Since you will be the center of digital insights, we assume that you are creative and see new opportunities how Nordnet can use digital marketing channels to maximize customer intake.

To be successful in this role you need to:
• be data driven and strong analytical skills
• have experience in media buying and optimization, including aligning and coordinating activities between multiple traffic acquisition vendors
• have a strong understanding and long experience from online marketing and traffic acquisition concepts, incl. SEO, SEM, social, display, affiliates, etc.
• have good skills in analyzing web traffic data, and turning traffic data into actionable recommendations

Your qualifications:
• +3 years experience of digital campaign management with a proven ability to meet KPI targets, analyze data and deliver ROI
• Highly organized, proactive, able to meet deadlines and execute multiple projects at once in a fast paced environment
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both in speaking and writing.
