Arbetsbeskrivning / Work Description
In this position, you will be an important and fundamental part of running the Global Marketing organization at Electrolux Headquarters in Stockholm. You will multitask and interact with various colleagues and stakeholders globally and at different levels of seniority.
A few examples of your tasks:
· Be a front figure, gate keeper and contact person for the Global Marketing department within Electrolux.
· Assist a number of Vice Presidents with administrative tasks such as travel bookings, expense reporting and other responsibilities related to their teams.
· Coordinate small and large meetings within the CMO community and the Electrolux Marketing Leadership globally, set agenda and collect information where necessary, take notes and keep track of important action points.
· Be responsible for communication within the department, within the company and also with external parties.
· Manage practicalities around new employees, IT matters, and administration of departmental team sites, databases and other sources of information.

Din profil / Your profile
You have a very positive attitude and open personality, with great social skills, you are comfortable in front of large groups and in an international context. Your organizational skills are excellent and you are not easily stressed –in fact you thrive when there is a lot of work that needs to be done –preferably yesterday and you have no problems with prioritizing your workload. You can easily adapt to new situations and enjoy taking the lead.
You have a University degree in Marketing/Communication/Project Management or similar and it is very meritorious if you have documented experience from similar roles or if you can show other work experience as evidence you are the best candidate for this role.

Övrigt / Other
You will be employed by Inhouse for a 12 month fixed term contract, with a strong chance of extension.
