Event Manager to Dustin’s Inhouse Concept & Design team


Great opportunity
We are now looking for an Event Manager to be part of Dustin’s Inhouse Concept & design team. As an Event Manager at Dustin, you are responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s event strategy in all markets, ie. the Nordic countries and the Netherlands.

The position
The position as Event Manager is placed at Dustin’s Inhouse Concept & Design team, which is part of the Corporate Responsibility Communication and Brands department, at Dustin’s head office in Nacka Strand. As the Event Manager you main responsibility is independently initiate and run events and event strategy for Dustin.

Main tasks:
• Responsible for operationally, planning, coordinating and carrying out initiated and assigned events and all information related to these.
• Reporting of the events to stakeholders both within and outside the company.
• Developing the event strategy in according to the Dustin brand strategy.
• Responsible for the event booking system.
• Other tasks related to by the department managed projects.

The ideal candidate
We are looking for a senior Event Manager with experience in, for example, events, marketing or other relevant industries within the area. And even better if you also have a relevant marketing- and or event education. Dustin’s corporate language is English, so we see that you are able to communicate in English, in both written and oral forms. You have experiende working in MS Office 365 but also preferably in Acrobat Professional.

As a person you are loose outgoing, self-driven and have the ability to create drive in a project. You are very structured and communicative in your way of working. Planning and helping others understand deadlines and processes is obvious to you. You understand the bigger picture, but also have the ability to turn ideas into concrete operational activities. You are a committed person who is driven by achieving set goals. In this position you will have many contact areas and functions in many parts of the company and with strategic partners. Therefore a key for success is to have an ability to create colloborations and relationships with many stakeholders both within and outside the company.

The Inhouse Concept and Design department currently consists of 17 people, of which Event Manager is one together with Copy Writer, AD, Graphics, translators and Product Planner. The team is part of the larger division Corporate Responsibility, Communication and Brand, which also includes the brand, Employer branding, PR, Internal communication and Social media.

The position is a full-time, temporary position, starting immediately and for 2 years ahead. The role is placed at Dustin’s head office in Nacka Strand, Stockholm.
