As a Final Artist you will be working directly under our Art Director and Graphic Designers, the Final Artist will be responsible for implementing POC graphic guidelines and producing graphic output. The Final Artist will work across various media, but chiefly in print. The Final Artist will be responsible for the final art of our catalogues, product packaging, product manuals, adverts and similar. The Final Artist is a very design-driven person with a sharp eye for detail and strong organization and structural skills.

Responsibilities

• Final art and design implementation – ads, product packaging, stickers & tags, manuals, instore material, identity programs, presentations, catalogues, consumer catalogues, trade shows
• Implement the brand and graphic guidelines in all areas.
• Maintain production schedules and deadlines for digital/print assets.
• Maintain and organize files and project materials.

Your profile

To succeed as a Final Artist at POC Sports you have a bacherlor´s degree in graphic design, arts, communications, marketing or related filed. The last three years you have been experience from working in a creative agency, editorial magazine or in-house environment or similar as a Final Artist. You can show a portfolio of work samples graphic design and implementation. Preferred is experience from working with retail brand and/or sports categories. You working daily and has excellent skills and knowledges in software in the creative cloud programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) optional is Adobe XD, Figma or similar.

Skills and general experience
 

• Experience in graphic design within fashion, lifestyle, sports or retail.
• Strong art and design skills including typography & layout in both print and digital mediums.
• Knowledge within color printing & final art.
• Have a dynamic way of working. Able to prioritize and evaluate work schedule, depending on internal requests and importance.
• Can maintain deadlines, is detail-oriented and able to excel in a team environment.
• Sales and Marketing - Understanding of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration and sales methods.
• Adaptability/Flexibility - Job requires being open to change (positive or negative) and to considerable variety in the workplace. Adapts well to accommodate changes in marketing direction or company needs.
• Initiative - Job requires a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.
• Judgment and Decision Making - Displays maturity, good judgment, enthusiasm and personal motivation.
• Good English skills, both written and verbal

This position is based in Stockholm, the office is in Nackagatan 4 and POC offers a mix of remote and on-site work. We recommend that you submit your application as soon as possible as selection and interviews are held continuously.
