The client HR Transformation Program (HRTP) is a business-led initiative that helps underpin the cleints way operating model and the decentralized agenda. It’s a key step in modernizing the HR part of our legacy ERP estate, revamping people processes and data, creating an improved experience for employees, line managers, HR professionals, and applicants, and delivering sustainable benefits for our client globally.
The Communications and Content Lead sets the tone for the transformation and how it is experienced by the clients stakeholders (100 000+ people across 80+ countries). Through impactful and brand-aligned communication, you help to engage the organization, explain changes that will be introduced and transparently inform about the progress in their deployment. Through a partnership with the client senior executives (incl. Business Area Division, Corporate and HR Services Leadership Teams, the client Communications Community) and a broad network of subject matter experts, you will ensure aligned and consistent messaging about the program and its impact. Your success will help to embed the new technology, structures, processes and behaviors and – in result – secure the clients continuous ability to operate its HR processes, including recruitment and salary payments.
This global role sits in the core program team and reports to the HR Transformation Program Change and Communications Lead.
Key Accountabilities:
Lead with courage. Develop program’s communication strategy that will drive awareness, understanding, and engagement across all stakeholder groups. Decide how to deliver it for the remaining program phases and within the allocated budget. Partner and advise to the clients senior executives in their communication efforts related to the program. Imagine and deploy the program’s identity and narrative. Create materials that will be used by all employees at client (production and non-production) and managers.
Collaborate to create. Define a communication framework for HRTP in a collaborative way and ensure alignment and agreement to it across the client. Partner with program SMEs to turn process and technical content to powerful and engaging stories and multimedia. Translate process maps into exciting experience journeys for identified personas. Manage and develop materials for program events, stakeholder engagement sessions, newsletters, web and SharePoint pages, blog posts, video scripts and other media that you determine as relevant. Be the brand guardian and help other program members create compelling, consistent communication in line with the branding guidelines and program narrative.
Carefully listen and engage. Lead program events and community interactions – from fireside chats to all-hands calls. Set up and manage listening channels. Follow through on feedback received. Partner with other communication functions to ensure strategic global alignment across the client.
Stay curious to innovate. Bring your fresh ideas for communication and engagement and lead the implementation of them. Express your creative spirit in the way we communicate and which channels we use.
Your profile
- Relevant experience, ideally in journalism, communications, public relations, marketing. Track record in transformation programs will be a plus.
-Skilled storyteller with proven capability to strategize, plan, and create engaging content and communication campaigns.
-Strategic thinker with strong analytical and conceptual skills. Excellent in delivering communication and presentations. Knowledge of the latest communication and collaboration technologies and how to best apply them. Creativity and readiness for innovation to break new ground.
-Solution-oriented and innovative mindset with a thorough understanding of how to engage audiences across all levels and create an outstanding experience across various target groups. Proven stakeholder and conflict management skills. Excellence in networking and influencing.
-Hands-on approach to work, strong sense of ownership and accountability.
-Demonstrated leadership, including virtual team leadership and organizational skills in a cross-cultural environment.
-Sensitive to the requirements and interests of others and skilled in translating these needs into a coherent and practical communications program.
-Knows from experience the importance of a brand and how it can drive cultural change.
-Influencing decision-makers to support the need for communication through use of correct tone, style, and arguments
