What you will do 
As a Global Compensation and Benefit Manager at Storytel you are entering in a new role and you will get the opportunity take full responsibility for designing, developing and implementing Storytels global compensation & benefits strategy based on Storytels long term business goals. This role will be a mix of strategy and hands on work. You will be fully responsible for developing our incentive programs, bonus schemes with the support and collaboration from your colleagues within the team and from other departments. You will work closely with colleagues in Talent acquisition, People Team as well as internal stakeholders across the world. You will report to the Head of HR & Operations.  

Furthermore you will: 

 

  • Develop Storytels compensations & benefit programs based on long term business goals and strategy 

  • Take full responsibility for Storytels short and long term incentive programs 

  • Lead and develop our annual salary review process and salary mapping 

  • Prepare and present reports to relevant stakeholders across the organisation, e.g. management team and Board of Directors 

  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation  

  • Analyze trends, conduct salary research and define benchmarks. 

  • Having an innovative mindset in the way you think about rewards and perks 

 

Who you are 
We believe that you have wide experience within the entire C&B-field and you have worked in a global organization. You are now curious to build a new function within Compensation and Benefits to add value to the whole organization. We are looking for someone who could be a manager in the future due to our hope that the C&B-team will grow. So, your leadership qualities are key factors to succeed in this role.  

You have a curiosity in challenging current structures, and you feel at you best in a company that is changing. Furthermore, you are a top-class communicator due to your many areas of contact, you work determinedly and above all have a clear people perspective in everything you do!
