Graphic Designer and Sales Coordinator to Intrum

Job description
As a Sales Coordinator you will join a professional and proactive commercial environment, central to Intrum’s further growth. You will have the graphic responsibility for all sales material, including presentations, tender documents and event content (in collaboration with Marketing). You will also be part of our core team in large sales and tender processes. The position will be an important resource for our Sales and Commercial team in Sweden, and you will work closely with our bid managers.
To thrive in this role, we believe you enjoy taking on both large and prestigious projects, but also smaller and simpler tasks. You have experience from client centric projects and storytelling, conveying value propositions in a good way. You are digitally advanced and can easily manoeuvre across digital sharing platforms. You work in a structured and efficient manner. As a person you are proactive and take initiative, constantly looking for better ways of doing things, taking on challenges with a “solution oriented” attitude. You will ensure that our visual content follows Intrum’s guidelines, is of high quality and is constantly developed and distributed. In this role you will work with both local and Scandinavian/Nordic projects.
Responsibilities:
- Graphic responsibility for all sales material (presentations, tender documents, etc.)
- Layout of tender documents
- Ensuring visualization of our value propositions
- Develop and coordinate sales material both locally and in Scandinavia
- Coordinate reference stories from clients
- Coordination of various sales campaigns and events in collaboration with team members and the marketing department
Your profile
- Relevant education or relevant work experience within Graphic Design/Marketing/Sales
- Experience in content creation (text and visualization) with solid storytelling skills
- Advanced knowledge in, or interest in learning, Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
