Head of Marketing Automation till Sambla Group

The Marketing automation team is part of the Marketing department at Sambla Group, a team of approximately 15 people and growing. As Head of Marketing Automation you will manage the Marketing Automation team, currently consisting of 3+ headcounts. Your assignment will be to improve operational efficiencies and grow the bottom line of the groups multi brand portfolio in our markets. This includes growing the team.
Key responsibilities :

• Set the multi-brand Marketing Automation strategy for all markets consisting of email, SMS and post.
• Responsible for planning, execution, validation and monitoring of all activities.
• Responsible for the hygiene, restructuring, enrichment and growth of the customer database to support automated personalised communications, and the use of target groups and lifecycle stages for all brands and markets.
• Continuous performance analysis and measurement. Work to improve engagement rates, lifecycle stages, ROI and LTV.
• Constantly working to improve insights and actions through data and reporting.
• Managing a multinational team, including reviews, coaching, budget planning, holiday planning and career development.
• Building high performing teams while creating a good team atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Former experience of setting up and maintaining several MA/CRM systems
• Relevant experience in product management
• Experience in running technical projects with developers
• Analytical and data driven
• Leadership skills
• Used to work and collaborate with development- and product/data teams
• Has superior verbal and written communication skills both in Swedish and English

Meritorious:

• Experience from FinTech or the consumer loan industry
• Experience of planning and running campaigns (email, SMS, Postal)
• Previously worked with multiple markets in the Nordic countries
• Previous worked with Blueshift
• Programming experience
• Design skills
