Job description
In this role, you will give advice to managers and the organization on how to solve day-to-day people-related challenges. Being in growth makes every day different and we continuously run into new questions. Using your experience, your business understanding and your passion for solving new problems will make you a great adviser to both managers in Sweden and possible to other countries in Europe. You will take lead on key HR areas such as leadership development, performance development, engagement and compensation & benefits.
We like data and hope that you do too. By following and analyzing all kinds of people data, for example in our engagement tool Peakon, you will bring insights and be an important part of our ongoing strategy work. Any suggestions on how we can do things more efficiently today compared to yesterday are welcomed. New tools or by automatizing processes, please challenge our way of thinking and bring your thoughts on how to improve.
Your profile
We believe that you have:
- An academic degree, preferably in business or HR
- +5 years’ experience of advising and supporting managers in HR-related topics
- Experience from working in an international and fast-growing context
- Deep knowledge within employee lifecycle areas such as on/offboarding, comp & ben, engagement, performance management, employment law and work environment.
- Just as much interest in our business as in people, we are the link and need to understand both worlds to be great partners.
- Fluent English is a requirement.

Our mission as a People team at Tink is to help our managers to build high-performing teams. We believe that by supporting our managers to grow as hiring managers, coaches and business leaders we have a strong foundation for growing Tink in Europe. Being on a growth journey gives us the opportunity to run alongside our teams and managers, not only supporting them with what they ask for but also taking initiatives on the things we see are missing and want to improve. We have come far but is still quite early on our journey. There are currently around 600 employees in 14 + locations/countries. This means that the People's team we have gathered are people who like to work with a wide scope of tasks and stakeholders. Some of the exciting projects we are currently working on are; integrating acquired European start-ups, as well as integrating some of our ways of working with VISA that recently acquired Tink. There is a robust people roadmap and a strong sense of entrepreneurship in everything they do.
So, what happens now?
This is an consultant assignment for a period of 4-6 months and we would love if you could start right away. Tink's office is located in central Stockholm and the company offers a mix of remote and on-site work. We recommend that you submit your application as soon as possible as selection and interviews are held continuously.
