HR Business Partner to H&M

Are you a business driven HRBP? H&M are now looking for a new team member to their new department based in Stockholm.

You will join a new HR team for Visual & Store Development with the ambition to become a leading, innovative and modern HR organization. Together with the HR Manager you will take part in both setting and implement the strategy of the new HR team.

You will be based in Stockholm, and you’ll work closely together with our leaders being part of the implementing and running of the HR processes.

Arbetsbeskrivning / Work Description
This is a new department at H&M so your experience of building new processes and implement new strategies in the HR team will be in focus.
General focus areas for the HRBP position;

• Working closely with H&M leaders, both coaching and support them in their daily work.
• Initiate and create efficient HR processes
• Build the Talent & Performance Management program
• Ensure employee relations – including labor law and union negotiations
• Set a strategy, manage and implement all annual HR processes
• Taking part in and leading and drive different HR projects
• Collaborate with global HR and other HRs to achieve HR related goals

Din profil / Your profile
• 5-8 years of working experience as a HR generalist or HR Business Partner
• Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resource Management or similar
• Strong interest and previous experience of Talent- and Performance Management
• Business driven with passion for HR and employee relations
• Positive and pragmatic approach
• Strong in coaching leaders and communications skills
• Clear communication skills in English and Swedish
