Arbetsbeskrivning / Work Description
The HR Manager will work in cooperation with the HR Director to develop and establish HR processes such as culture & values, leadership, recruitment, talent management, HR administration, employee survey, compensation & benefits, reviews and will support managers and employees in HR related areas. You will be responsible for developing and supporting work environment, introduction, guidelines & policies and be in charge of HR related events.

The HR department includes, besides HR, internal communication and office management.

Din profil / Your profile
We´re looking for you that have a few years of experience from a similar position within HR, preferably from an international environment. Experience from a FMCG Company/tech/ or creative environment is desirable and you appreciate and know how to navigate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

You´ve got a great interest in HR and have a minimum of four years experience from the field. You´ve got a degree within HR and have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. You know the value of planning to produce deliverables within an entrepreneurial deadline driven environment and appreciate working in a company that is in strong growth. It´s highly valued if you´ve got experience from recruiting and have an OPQ certification or similar.

As a person you´re easy-going, unprestegious and know the importance of working well together in a team. You have business acumen and put great value in understanding the companys´needs and are quick to action.
