Arbetsbeskrivning / Work Description
We are now recruiting a Junior Sales and Marketing Analyst within the area Naphthenics for our customer Nynas. You will be a part of the Marketing and Technology team within Naphthenics, reporting to the Marketing and Technology Director Naphthenics. The position is based in Johanneshov.

You will have an important role as the link between the company’s management, sales and marketing department. You are the Marketing and Technology Director’s right hand. You will carry out monthly sales analysis for the Market Managers and the Business Management Team as well as producing standardised reports for the whole sales organization. Your role is partly advisory and also contains having a lot of contact areas within the organization.

The tasks include:
• Analyse the sales pipeline and sales forecasts and their alignment to the sales plan
• Analyse the product portfolio profitability
• Support the organization with analysis and reports for internal and/or external use
• Be the project Manager for certain tasks
• Compile material, create reports and analyze buying patterns

Din profil / Your profile
To be successful in this role we wish that you have an academic degree in Business, Mathematics or other scientific lines. We are looking for someone that is in the beginning of their career. It’s an advantage if you have worked with analysis, follow-up and investigation of sales data. You have excellent Excel, Power Pivot and Power Point skills. Experience from OBI and JDEdwards are advantageous. You have good presentation and communication skills. The corporate language is English, hence fluency in both Swedish and English is mandatory.

On a personal level we are looking for applicants who are proactive problem solvers with an inquisitive nature. You are also result-oriented, initiative takers and able to work independently in a cross-functional role. Further on, you need to have strong analytic and critical thinking skills. It is important that you are able to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple projects/deadlines.
