We are looking for a marketer with solid marketing experience, expertise with in building strong brand position and preferable in the high-end segment, a proven ability to execute on strategic and tactical marketing initiatives. Preferable you have experience with working in a changing environment with many stakeholders.
You will be responsible for running the Nordic strategic marketing roadmap for Danske Bank Private Banking. You will be positioned in Stockholm, but working closely together with colleagues in all the Nordic markets. You will be responsible for developing the Go To Market Plan for Private Banking on Nordic level, but also run both global strategic projects as well as smaller local tactical projects. Some projects you will run from the business KPI to marketing activation, others close colleagues within marketing will run, with you as sparring partner.

Marketing is a part of Customer engagement, which exist of three teams; Event, Digital Sales and Marketing, so you will be able to enjoy collaboration with a strong team of specialists in Project Management, Digital Marketing and Sales, Event, Business Strategy, Business Management etc.
The ideal candidate
We are looking for a senior marketer with at least 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing with both strategic and operational skills and ambitions. It’s a merit if you have experience in the banking industry but more important is that you have extensive experience in positioning brands. You have a Master’s degree in Marketing or equivalent education. You have a strong drive, good strategic understanding and are characterized by your sublime execution ability and ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time. You have experience with stakeholder management at different levels. Danske Banks corporate language is English so you need to have good knowledge in both writing and speech and be fluent in Swedish.
