The role of marketing communications is essential to strengthen our market position towards banks in the Nordics and UK and content marketing is essential for us to break through the clutter and make meaningful connections in an increasingly changing market. You will work in a small team, closely with the VP for Marketing and Communications in Financial Services to organise and deliver top-notch marketing communication and activities. We collaborate with sales and the business units, in developing and executing the marketing plan and programs in order to support the business.
In this role it is central with good business understanding as well as experience from the Banking industry. You have a passion for the written word, and have a good feel for how to adapt messages so they are clear for different market segments and target audiences. You will work with different marketing projects to drive awareness, grow customer experience and engagement. A significant aspect of the role is making sure we are being represented at relevant arenas and in different channels with valuable and meaningful content.
You’ll ensure the consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials. You have a good understanding of how different channels can be used in combination to achieve the best results. It is a wide job scope with the possibility to make an impact.

The right person understands that marketing can contribute to overall business objectives and that a metrics driven approach of marketing is key.
You have a degree within Business Administration and/or Marketing and several years of experience in directly managing B2B marketing programs with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results.
People would describe you as passionate about creating excellent experiences and you are a self-starter who can take the ball and run with it. For you, there is no project too big or too small. You enjoy focusing on the big picture, while ensuring all details are aligned. You are used to working independently and have the ability to balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Practical experience of using Ms Office (particularly PowerPoint), and used to working in EPiServer as well as SharePoint is also necessary.
