Marketplace Manager EMEA

The Marketplace Manager EMEA is responsible for driving sales thru different Marketplaces across Europe in alignment with Regional and Global Sales strategy. Collaboration and alignment within the EMEA team and working with the Global D2C Team to align on strategic and content initiatives is essential.
This role requires a commercial mindset to drive business growth and profitability on international B2B and B2C marketplace platforms.
In addition to this, you are also expected to

  • Drive yearly negotiations, profitability & commercial goals achievement and day to day relationships with Marketplace external stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales data, optimize content and marketplace performance, and maintain a strong visitor strategy.
  • Collaborate with local EMEA team members to increase visibility, share valuable data, and create common goals.
  • Give input on, and maintain, Marketplace budget.
  • Manage online inventory levels and sell through.
  • Be responsible for sales forecasting and management of KPI's
  • Provide analysis & reporting on regular basis and be able to provide recommendations to improve results
  • Review data to identify opportunities for sales growth.

Are you the one?
Required experience:

  • A background within a similar role with B2C/B2B Digital Marketplaces for Consumer goods across multiple markets.
  • Good experience of Google analytics and other relevant tools such as Amazon and Channel Advisor platforms for example.
  • Fluent English is required, while other European languages are a plus
  • Proven track record of successfully working within an international team environment and ability to bring departments together for a unified goal

This is a permanent position with a six-month probation period within the EMEA team, reporting to the Regional Manager EMEA. The position is based in Bergshamra in Solna, Sweden, with beautiful views over Brunnsviken lake.
