Since the start in 2005, EnterCard has grown significantly and developed a successful Nordic credit card business. With partners such as Swedbank, Coop, LO and British Airways together with our own brand re:member, EnterCard has 2 million credit card customers in the Nordic region. To continue our journey we are now hiring an Online Marketing Specialist to our Marketing department in Sweden.

Our Marketing department is responsible for new customer recruitment and customer life cycle management for all EnterCard Sweden’s product portfolios – responsibilities include campaign planning and execution, channel development and capability development within all relevant areas of distribution, marketing, communication and CRM. We are a professional and efficient marketing execution team that also offers commercial strategic advice and development support to the entire Swedish organization. We are a team of 18 people at the New Marketing Dept.

Arbetsbeskrivning / Work Description
• Online marketing and recruitment optimization (SEO, SEM, affiliate, online advertising, etc.) for all EnterCards product portfolios – maximizing Return on Investment
• Proactive online channel development
• Close interaction with our digital agency
• Develop and set targets in the yearly marketing plan and forecasts
• Define customer segments, suggest and develop appropriate test strategies.
• Secure partner involvement and customer centricity in everything you do.

Din profil / Your profile
• Strong online marketing skills
• Genuine interests in the digital development
• Experience from working with SEM, SEO, affiliate marketing and other channels to create attention, drive traffic and conversion
• Knowledge of Web Analytics and tracking technologies
• Experience from landing page optimization and conversion optimization
• A clear understanding of terms like CTR, CPM, CPC, CVR, CPO etc.

• Industry experience from consumer finance or retail banking (or from a digital agency)
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong communications skills – verbal and written
• Willingness to travel in the Nordic region
• Fluent in Swedish and English (corporate language)

Övrigt / Other
This position is a full time temporary assignment for a maternity leave at our office in Stockholm and we would like you to start asap (at the latest in the beginning of October) until 2015-12-31
