Are you a storyteller who can inspire and engage with text and design? Do you have a background in Marketing and/or Sales and would like to take on new challenges? Intrum seeks a Graphic designer in Sweden

 

As a Graphic Designer you will join a professional and proactive commercial environment, one that is a central contributor to Intrum’s further growth. You will have the graphic responsibility for all sales material, including presentations and tender documents, and collaborate with Marketing on other content. You will also be part of our core team in large sales and tender processes. The position will be an important resource for our Sales team in Sweden and will work closely with the Swedish bid manager.
 
To thrive in this role, we believe you are a candidate who takes on both large and prestigious projects, but also smaller and simpler tasks. You are able to meet deadlines and manage changing priorities, and you work in a structured and efficient manner. You are proactive, are constantly looking for new ways of doing things, and take on new challenges with a “can do” attitude. You ensure that our visual content follows Intrum’s guidelines, is of high quality and is constantly developed. It is essential that you can convey our value propositions in a good way. In this role you will work with both local and Scandinavian projects.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Graphic responsibility for all sales material (presentations, tender documents, etc.)

  • Layout and proofreading of tender documents

  • Ensuring solid value propositions in our sales processes

  • Develop and coordinate sales material both locally and in Scandinavia

  • Coordinate and write reference stories (in collaboration with Marketing)

  • Coordination of various sales campaigns and events in collaboration with team members and the marketing department

  • Drive smart lead generation activities through campaigns such as seminars, webinars and newsletters. Local responsibility as well as collaboration with Scandinavian teammates and our Marketing department

  • Photography, photo editing and simpler film production

Qualifications

  • Relevant education or relevant work experience within Graphic Design/Marketing/Sales
  • Advanced knowledge in, or interest in learning, Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Experience in content creation (text and visualization) with solid storytelling skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
  • You are open to work in an international team and have a high degree of cultural awareness
  • Openness and eagerness to learn new systems and work tools

Nice to have:

  • Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events like seminars and webinars for B2B audience (however, the willingness to learn is most important)
  • Experience in lead generation & lead nurturing
  • Knowledge of video editing and CMS platforms such as Umbraco etc.
