The Sales Manager Wholesale EMEA is responsible for leading, developing and implementing the strategy for our European B2B Wholesale partners to achieve company’s and EMEA set goals in alignment with Global and Regional strategies.
This role requires a proven mindset to drive business growth and profitability with international B2B partners.
In addition to this, you are also expected to

  • Ensure that EMEA Wholesale area/B2B partners reach set goals for sales and profitability
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs, including negotiating terms.
  • Lead and coordinate between Wholesale partners and EMEA Marketing team.
  • Ensure that BabyBjörn’s Commercial Plan is implemented for European Wholesale area/B2B partners
  • Manage and coach assigned sales staff including performance monitoring.
  • Prepare and follow up Budget for assigned EMEA Wholesale area/B2B partners
  • Forecasts Sales and Demand supply
  • Coordinate with Internal stakeholders: Supply chain, Marketing, Operations EMEA, D2C Team, …
  • Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders

Are you the one?
Required experience:

  • 5-10 year of managing a Sales Team for Consumer goods across multiple markets
  • Fluent English is required, while other European languages are a plus
  • Proven track record of successfully working within an international team environment and reaching assigned budget and goals

To ensure the right fit, the Sales Manager Wholesale EMEA must also have the following:

  • Proven Management skills.
  • Commercial and data-driven mindset
  • Positive attitude and optimistic world view.
  • Desire to achieve goals through teamwork.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex topics in regular terms.

This is a permanent position with a six-month probation period within the EMEA team, reporting to the Regional Manager EMEA. The position is based in Bergshamra in Solna, Sweden, with beautiful views over Brunnsviken lake.
