We are looking for a HRBP to advise and support their newly acquired second brand.

Job description

As a HRBP it will be your responsibility to partner with leaders in Sweden on People & Culture issues as part of organisational development, as well as coaching and supporting managers and employees in people matters on a daily basis. You will be mainly responsible for supporting a group of 15 managers and supervisors, with a total of 110 white and blue collar employees

As well as providing the full spectrum of HR advice and support in the operations, you will also be responsible for process ownership and development within the areas of Recruitment, Employer Branding and Learning & Development as well as other core HR processes. In addition, your responsibilities will include:

  • Being a part in formulate convincing strategies by having an informed opinion about what the business needs to do, and at the same time being attuned to the human dimensions
  • Being a change agent that diagnoses systemic organisational issues, assist in setting the future agenda, and create plans for how to make change happen and stick
  • Ensure compliance to local legislation and policies and identify local areas of improvement
  • Update policies and other relevant documentation based on applicable laws and collective agreements
  • Promote and develop various People & Culture processes and projects in the Swedish organization

Who you are

To be succesful in this position you need to understand and develop effective HR strategies while understanding the implications from a culture, business achievement, company practice and legal standpoint. You need to have the ability to communicate effectively and build trust with all levels of the organisation. You have organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and complete tasks. We think that you have 2-5 years of experience for a similar role as a HR Generalist or a HRBP.

The work location will primarily be Västberga, south of Stockholm with some travel and work from our HQ location and our 3rd office, all within 10-15 minute drive from each other.
