Nordic Social Media Lead to inspiring company in the travel industry

Great opportunity
We are looking for a team member to lead our efforts in our current and future Social Media
channels. The focus will be on driving traffic and creating engagement through solid strategy,
planning, and implementation. Within Marketing you will work in close collaboration with the
performance team.

This means we are looking for someone who is passionate about digital marketing in general and
social marketing in particular. This someone holds a strategic and structured mindset but is willing
and able to really dig in and get things done, creating results. Part strategy, part tactics, part
implementation and with a keen eye for “what works”.

The position
To meet this challenge, we believe you have:
• A deep understanding of B2C organic and paid social media marketing
• Very good, hands on knowledge of tactical campaign creation and strategy work across
multiple social channels
• Worked with large brands in a high paced commercial business
• Experience from large corp in-house work environment
• Great people skills, presentations skills, and proven experience in leadership
• A great sense for the importance of details
• Statistical and analytical mindset
• Onsite analysis and proficiency using Google Analytics
• Open minded, curious, and without prestige

Your tasks would include:
• Make the Nordic Group the role model for social marketing within the whole European group
• Develop and govern strategies across channels
• Identify relevant KPIs, working with projections, targets & follow-up
• Implement strategies, tools, and KPI-framework across the Nordics
• Continuously present results and best practice to various stakeholders (sales, marketing,
management, etc.) both in the Nordics and to our international counter parts
• Work closely with various departments to ensure maximum traffic at lowest cost
• Managing agency and consultants on a day to day basis

You will be part of the Brand & Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Brand & Performance
Marketing. Placement will be at our office in Stockholm (it’s got a really nice view and great coffee)
with occasional travel to our other offices across Europe.
