Studio Manager to J.Lindeberg´s photo studio – temporary position

Great opportunity
We are looking for an excellent Project Manager for the temporary position (app. 3 months) as a Studio Manager to run J.Lindeberg’s photo studio and studio team.

You will be organizing and facilitating a collaborative, cross-functional studio workflow for all digital assets (E-com product imagery, marketing projects etc.).

The position
As the Studio Manager at J.Lindeberg your working tasks will consist of:
• Develop, motivate and guide Studio staff.
• Plan production of product images to support E-Commerce needs in accordance to defined plan.
• Support, plan and coordinate ongoing Marketing production needs.
• Coordinating needs from E-Com and Wholesale seasonal information.
• Coordinate sample availability with PR-Manager.
• Make sure the Studio is well organized, sharp and tidy.
• Collaborates with colleagues, retail teams and other functions within JL to identify and implement improvements to the imaging creation process.

The ideal candidate
We are looking for you who has working knowledge of photography workflows, scheduling, production budgets, estimating and product/merchandise management systems and data. You need to have experience in leading operational and creative teams and have a background in project management. You have previous experience working in a higher volume commercial studio and understanding of E-Commerce business and needs.

As a person you are a strong and well-organized team player and are solution oriented. You have an eye for details the mindset of constant improvement. Overall, it’s important to have an ability to manage high volume of workflow, prioritization, planning and task delegation under tight deadlines.
