About the job
The Talent team at Tink play a key role in building an organization enabling our expansion. We strongly believe in having a skilled and fast-moving inhouse Talent team that not only can help our managers with key hires but also support in other areas related to talent, internal movement, onboarding, career progression and succession planning. The team currently consists of six recruiters, and we are growing, both in Stockholm and Warsaw, our second largest engineering hub.
As Talent Manager for our team Commercial and operations, you will lead the talent planning together with senior management; making sure we have the long-term talent strategies in place to both maintain and grow the team. You will hire for roles within product and commercial, and mainley senior positions . You will team up with the recruiters in our team to deliver on set targets and continuously analyse and iterate to improve our processes and approach.

Set and execute on the talent plan for Commercial and operations, including both how to meet short- and long-term competence needs, onboarding capabilities and the talent journey for employees.

Own and lead hiring processes for Commercial and operations, in close collaboration with hiring managers and recruiters

Coach and support recruiters in the team

Evaluate and onboard external recruitment consultants

Lead improvement projects within the Talent team
The team consists of 100+ skilled engineers, product and commercial profiles, located in three European cities; Stockholm, Warsaw and Madrid. With a lot of new managers joining the area recently you will have the chance to be part of setting the way we work with talent in the business unit from scratch.
Your profile
We believe you have several years of experience from Talent Acquisition, preferably as a Team Lead. You have experience from both an agency and an inhouse team and experience from working with commercial and product hiring. Experience of working in an international and high growth environment is a great advantage. You can design and lead hiring processes from start to finish, including hiring to manager positions. Preferably you have worked with talent data and optimizing plans based on findings and experienced in conducting in-depth interviews, based on psychometric tests.
