Inhouse / Jobb / IT Support Specialist to fast-growing tech company

About the Role

Our client – a fast-growing, international tech company – is looking for a IT Support Specialist to ensure every employee is productive from day one.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of device and access management, technical onboarding, and end-user support for a distributed team of 100+ people.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on IT operations, building processes from scratch, and creating structure in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Administer and optimize Google Workspace, including email, file sharing, and endpoint security.
  • Manage device onboarding, configuration, and compliance for Macs, iPhones, and Android (BYOD) via Jamf, Kolide, and Google Workspace MDM.
  • Oversee technical onboarding and offboarding to ensure smooth, consistent employee experiences.

  • Maintain and improve the asset register, vendor relations, and equipment leasing agreements.

  • Review and streamline SaaS licensing and subscriptions, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance.

  • Create clear documentation and IT process guidelines (in Notion) to support scalability.

  • Support internal security and access management, identifying areas for improvement.

  • Provide hands-on IT support and act as the go-to person for troubleshooting and employee IT requests.

  • Continuously reduce manual work by introducing automation and better workflows.

  • Who You Are

    • You’re a self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and driving improvements.
    • You’re confident and communicative, comfortable speaking with stakeholders across departments.
    • You’re structured and process-oriented, able to turn “we just figure it out” into clear, repeatable workflows.
    • You’re service-minded but not afraid to set boundaries and enforce policies.
    • You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where autonomy and accountability go hand in hand.

    Your Background

    • A few years’ experience in Corporate IT, IT Support, or Systems Administration, ideally in a tech or SaaS company.
    • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration, Jamf, and Apple device management.
    • Familiar with SSO/IAM solutions and MDM tools.
    • Comfortable working in hybrid or remote-first environments.
    • Experience building IT documentation and processes from the ground up.

    Why Join?

You’ll step into a role where your impact will be tangible from day one. You’ll bring structure to a growing tech organization, define how IT support and onboarding should work, and help create a scalable foundation for the future.

This is a role for someone who wants both autonomy and influence – with the trust and freedom to make things happen.
